What types of events do you attend? We are open to ideas about any and all events that you might have. Some examples of events we have attended are; Birthday Parties, Corporate holiday parties and company picnics, non-profit fundraisers, auctions, community events, festivals and outdoor movie events! We DO NOT attend “adult parties.”
How far do you travel? Currently we are attending events in Western Washington, from I-90 north to the Canadian border. We never charge a travel fee if your event is within our service area. If you have a special event outside of these areas, please CONTACT US and we will see if we can set up something to fit your needs. We also offer a video option in case one of our characters can’t make it. You can find that information HERE.
How do I pay? We DO NOT require a deposit to book your event. We take your credit card information for securing your event, just like a hotel would, but we do not charge you until the week of your party. We accept all major credit cards and for corporate events or non-profit organizations, we will accept a check.
Is the Character in the photo on your website, the ACTUAL person who shows up? YES! The person you see in the photo is the person who always plays that specific Character. This is the number one compliment we get from clients. You know who you are getting and often times because we have the same people play our Characters, they recognize children from other parties or events, making the visit extra special!
How do we communicate the day of the event? Please provide us with your day of event contact number. You will receive a text and email reminding you of your event 24 hours in advance. Your character will call when they arrive, so please have your phone with you at all times.
Do the Characters accept gratuity? Gratuity is not expected, but it is accepted. If you are happy with your Character appearance experience, please feel free to present your character with whatever gratuity you feel is acceptable at the end of your event.
What if the Character I hired gets sick and can’t make it? There is a possibility that the Character you hired could become ill and not make your event. We have a total of 23 characters, played by 23 different people, so first, we will attempt to find a replacement character for your party. If you are not happy with the Characters we have available to attend, you are entitled to a full refund.
What makes you different from other companies in the area? We have been in business for 5 years, longer than any other company in the area. Our Characters are not played by multiple different people who put on the wig and costume. One person plays each Character, making them very knowledgeable, professional and believable as that Character. Another thing that sets us apart is our Characters DO NOT wear wigs (except Rapunzel & Merida). Kids are so observant and they notice when things aren’t “real.” This is our number one compliment from clients, as we have been told that our Character’s appearance and performance is so believable and magical.
